Reiki and Yoga
As a deeply feeling human, I've turned to many healing modalities, along with art, to help me find inner peace, connection, and intuitive understanding. Reiki and yoga are two fundamental pieces of my life, and I've been sharing them with others for the past 8 years.
I became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2017, and have led many Reiki Level 1 + 2 trainings, attuning 50+ individuals to reiki. In 2018 I completed my yoga teacher training, and have taught group and private yoga classes throughout Southern California for adults and kids. I enjoy teaching vinyasa, slow flow, gentle, and restorative or yin paired with reiki.

I currently teach two weekly yoga classes and offer a variety of monthly healing workshops and reiki trainings at Sage Sanctuary in Wildomar, CA. I also love to be booked for private yoga and reiki sessions or for private events throughout SoCal.

1:1 Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a hands-on technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life-force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki helps us bring our bodies back into harmony.

Private Reiki sessions are 75 min long and include a conversation + chakra reading to find out where imbalances may be, a guided chakra balancing meditation, and hands-on reiki healing (can be done with light touch or hovering of the hands). Reiki will flow where it is needed.

Reiki is a profound practice that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and healing, both for ourselves and for others. Reiki Level 1 is an introductory course open to anyone, regardless of experience, and provides the foundation for your journey with this life-enhancing energy.
Reiki is a Japanese technique based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us. When this energy is low, we may feel stressed or unwell; when it’s strong, we are more balanced, healthy, and capable of joy. In this Level 1 Training and Certification, you will receive your Level 1 Attunement and learn how to give Reiki to yourself, supporting your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Reiki Level 2 builds on the foundation of Level 1, shifting the focus from self-healing to healing others. This course deepens your connection with Reiki, further opens your chakras, and increases your ability to access and direct energy. With practice, you’ll become more attuned to subtle energies and naturally able to channel Reiki for yourself and others.

At this level, you will become a qualified Reiki Practitioner, equipped to work with clients both in person and at a distance. Modern experiments in quantum physics suggest that energy is not limited by time or space meaning Reiki is equally effective whether delivered directly or remotely.

Join us for a Reiki Share, a welcoming space to relax, connect, and experience the healing energy of Reiki in community.
Each month we explore a new theme, beginning with a sharing circle for reflection and connection. We’ll then move into a guided meditation and self-healing Reiki practice, followed by a gentle group Reiki exchange where participants take turns giving and receiving.
January Theme: Root Chakra & Grounding
Ground into stability and safety while setting clear, embodied intentions for the new year from a place of balance and support.
This gathering is open to all levels—whether you’re newly attuned, experienced, or simply curious about Reiki. Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and bring anything that helps you feel cozy.
